video background question
Have two computers running WIN98SE. On one everytime i click on Windows
Explorer to look at folders, the background of the display gets real grainy, then comes back to normal resolution when i get out of Windows Explorer. The other computer doesn't do it at all. I even changed monitors and video cards but it still did the same thing. Any ideas? Not a big problem, just an annoyance. Ron |

Right-click the desktop and choose Properties and Settings. Compare the
number of colours for each machine. The effect you describe can be caused by running the display with a limited number of colours available. -- Jeff Richards MS MVP (Windows - Shell/User) "ron" wrote in message ...
