Difficult to say at this point, the screenshot of the installed build seems
to be correct, it's the screenshot of the definition file to be downloaded
that is a bit disconcerting. I have updated. If I need to roll it back and
manually update later I will.

I have alerted Lavasoft, hopefully they are investigating.

Yep - please see my updated post - which really means, go ahead and update.
It was just an issue with the definition pop-up notification having the incorrect
info, bit of a bummer.
