Default A Pest Patrol website scan of my system discovered "multidial" adware. Is this bad?

On my Win98SE system....[SECOND ATTEMPT TO POST THIS QUESTION!!! ]

Using website scan at Pest Patrol, found multidial adware in the
system.

Subsequent efforts using available software didn't find anything about
how to find it, or get rid of it.

Downloaded Ad-Aware from LavasoftUSA and spybot, but neither find the
"multidial" threat on my system.

A search for information on multidial didn't find much either. Is it
that bad? What is it? Should I remove it? How to remove it?
