Default don"t have the scanners and cameras folder in control panel

The control panel scanners and cameras does not show up in
control panel folder. It may have been deleted how do you
reload it?

It may not have been deleted as it doesn't show in mine.
This is due to Control.ini disabling it with this entry:

[don't load]
sticpl.cpl=no

Remove the entry if you have it.
If not then extract sticpl.cpl from your CD with SFC and put it in
your System folder.
Start-Run-SFC and extract one file.
