HP Scanjet 5p w/Windows 98SE
I just connected my HP scanjet to my windows 98 pc. The
SCSI card I have is Symbios Logic 50403. I have been trying to find drivers for this card to work w/Win 98SE but they wont work. Where can I find them and when I do find them and unzip them, do I need to place them in a certain Windows folder? Please assist. THANKS. |

Look around for an Adaptec 2910 SCSI card, more prevalent, more advice,
easier to install. Careful shopping, its a scsi 1 or 2 card, 50 pin external interface. Windows has drivers for it natively. Another solution is a 2930CU that has asset for both internal ultrascsi, and external scsi, all 50 pin versions. Windows 9X/ME has no driver for this, available at Adaptec website.
