HELP ME PLEASE

I need help. When i try to download from my emails, i am
told the program AcroRd32 exe is not found. I made an
error when given a list awhile ago where to open and hit
the first button (acro) by mistake and now can not figure
out how to change this. I was given a long list but can
not get back to that list. Second question, i tried to
put Micro Office xp in my computer and it ain't working.
Why?

#1. I assume you mean you are trying to save file attachments to emails.
What kind of attachments (file types) are they?

#2. How do you expect us to know when you provide no details other then "it
ain't working?"
