Internet connection - can't find DNS any more

Are you sure the modem is correctly installed?

Have you tested it in Control Panel Modem?

Download, unzip, scan and reboot when finished.

See if that helps.

If not, you may need a reinstall of TCP/IP:

no longer find any sites. I have not made any changes to the

TCP
settings - so I can't see why it won't find any site names -
it
was
working
OK before the update.

The ISP provides a valid IP address - Winipcfg looks normal,
and
the
DNS
names displayed are as expected.

Unfortunately, the machine is installed with the Swedish
language
(which I
can barely understand), and I am concerned I may have done
something
stupid
during the update, because of the language difficulty.

I think TCP is OK as it connects to my network using the USB
Wifi.
However,
I can't ping my ISP's DNS server.

Does anyone have any idea what may be the problem and what I
need to
do
to
fix it?
