Default ip address in 98

How do i find the ip addreess in Win 98? If i am behind a wireless
firewall...(DLink 524) will the computers ip addresses change after it is
shut down and rebooted? I want to allow access to my home network without
using a range of ip addresses.
Should the ip addresses for the seperate computers go into the router, or
the indivdual computers firewalls?...thanks for the help...tom
