Default Safe mode & toolbar

When i'm in safe mode any program that is in the toolbar with the windows
clock etc. cannot be seen, is it possible to view these somehow as i need one
that automatically minimises into it without another way to access it.

thanks

When booting in safe mode, the programs that appear in the system tray (the
clock area) are not loaded. Post back with the specific program and maybe
someone can figure out a solution for you.

You can always get to the application by using windows explorer you know!

how? As soon as i open it it minimizes itself into the task bar.
I can open it, but i can't maximize it so i can see it. Ctrl+Alt+Del shows
that it is running but i can't double click the icon as usual to maximize it

What is the name that shows up in the Ctrl+Alt+Del requestor? Did you
try a Find for that? What is this app supposed to do?

Some/most buttons in the System Tray get there from an app that shows up
in...

"START button, Run, MSInfo32, Software Environment, Startup Programs".

Can you recognize the program name there? They won't launch when you
boot to Safe Mode, just as Badour said. But there are other sources for
the items in the System Tray.
