Default Any cabinet files on Windows98 SE CD in either Tour or OLS subfolders?

I work at a public library and was asked recently by a library
customer how many cabinet files there are on the Windows 98 SE(second
edition) CD. I have found on the Microsoft website that there are 77
cabinet files in the Windows98 folder, but that folder also contains
two subfolders, Tour and OLS, and I haven't found a listing of their
contents.

Could someone tell me if either the Tour or OLS subfolders, or any
subfolders of them, etc. contain additional cabinet files?

Thanks for your attention

The correct name of the folder is WIN98

: but that folder also contains

They do not.

OLS is the On-Line Systems installers fo AOL , ATT, CSI
They are all EXE files. No CABS.

TOUR is the What's New for Windows 98 folder.
Mostly HTM, TXT, GIF, MPA files. No CABS.

There are 109 CAB files of the CD.
