Can't delete it from the command rompt.

I loaded the DOS command prompt and the file is not there in DOS even though I can see it on Windows.

I loaded the DOS command prompt and the file is not there in DOS eve
though I can see it on Windows

Try this:

Boot to the command line and enter:

DIR C:\CQGWIZ*.* /S /AH
