It is a McAfee file, regardless. You are some user
installed a McAfee product
(Virus Scan, Safe and Sound, etc) at some time. It is
likely no longer installed.
A Registry entry was left behind, causing your error.

Open Regedit (StartRunRegedit) navigate to, and delete,
only the Vshinit sub-key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Servi ces\VxD\V
shinit
