No, I didn't miss your point.....the support number for MS in the U.S. is (800)
936-5700. Last time I called an (800) number, it was toll-free. :-) -- Glen Ventura, MS MVP W95/98 Systems http://dts-l.org/goodpost.htm "pjp" wrote in message ... Guess you missed the point. You should be given a link or emailed one, to the download. -- Glen Ventura, MS MVP W95/98 Systems http://dts-l.org/goodpost.htm "Anita" wrote in message ... It keeps teling me I don't have the resources to open another program. when I look a tthe performance, and virtual memory, it shows my hd space as -30124 free space ??? I tried searching this site, but all I find is to contact support @ 35.00 for the hotfix. I tried entering the product (yes i followed the dirs) but it says its an invalid number...? I cant give a CC #, and I cant put in the product key. I really need to get the fix for this though, is there another way? I'm really lost here. |
