Default Outlook Express, How to send attachment from command line

I want to leave a PC on site and email log files when an
alarm occurs.

How do you automatically send an Outlook Express email
with files attached? What is the command line for such?

I've seen some command line inf but:
- It does not send the email (just creates an email
screen)
- I can't find any attachment how to info

Thanks,
Nick

This much works so far:

?
&subject=test message
1&body=&c:\log.txt "c:\log.txt"

Where the "c:\log.txt" will attach a file.

How Do I automatically send this email without user
intervention?

Nick

There is no way to do this, as far as I know, with OE.. since OE is an
interactive application. It requires you to click to have something
sent.

Your best bet is to install some scripting language which can do this.
I use PHP, and it can easily do something like this (but then you
have to know PHP). VisualBasic would also do this for you. You
would then have it scheduled with a task scheduler.
