Default kernel32 error

I keep getting error messages which say, for example,
PCCIOMON has caused an error in kernel32.dll" what is this
and how do I stop it

PCCIOMON is part of the PC Cillin anti virus application. If you've got
PCCillin installed try uninstalling and then reinstalling this application.
