Default PCHealth help

Using a Gateway Essentials 733c OS Windows ME 1.1.
Some how, while trying to correct a problem with AOL software, I wiped the
contents of C:\Windows\PCHealth\. That means no Help, no System Info, no
System Restore, etc..
Any way I can get the PCHealth app. back without doing a complete system
reinstall?
