Default View as web page option

Dear Experts,

I have accidently deleted the file called "folder.htt"
thinking it is a virus file in my Windows 98SE OS.

Now I am not getting the option "view as web page" when I
right click inside my "My Computer".

I went to windows explorer and customized the current
folder to view as web page. it did customized the current
folder. Then I applied this view to all folders by
clicking "like all folders" button and close the explorer.

But it is not changing any more. It is not reflecting to
all folders.

Please help. Thanking you in advance.

Regards,
Athar
