Default Quicktime Vs Windows Microsoft Viewer

I scan many documents each month. When I would view then the computer
default would be the Windows picture and Fax Viewer. Recently this has
changed to the QuickTime Viewer. How do I change the Default back to the
Windows Viewer. I have no idea as to what I did to create this change in
the first place. It may have happened after an update of the QuickTime
software...
Thanks in advance for your help and comments.
Mike
