Default MSVCRT.DLL invalid page fault

I uninstalled and installed Sun Java. I also installed Microsoft
Libraries update and I still have the problem.

Am I doing something wrong? Any other ideas?

Thanks for the help.

Right-click the msvcrt.dll file in the Windows\System folder, click Properties, then
the Version tab. Post back with the version number. Check for any other copies of
the file on your system now that you have removed Java and then updated it.

Additionally, go he

Close all browser windows and open apps, start CWShredder and click the Fix button.

In addition, install Ad-Aware SE free Personal Edition, start it, click its 'Check
for Updates' link in the app to install updates, then use it to scan your system,
and remove what it finds.
