Default Internet Explorer Script Error

We cannot print from web pages any longer. We receive this message every
time we try:

Internet Explorer Script Error
Line: 608
Char: 1
Error: Library not registered
Code: 0
URL: res://C:\Windows\System\SHDOCLC.DLL/preview.dlg

We'd sure appreciate any help. We're a small online bookstore and we can't
do business!

We still can't print from Internet Explorer, a terrible development for our
small online business. We've combed the internet for solutions. We've seen
others have reported this identical problem but no fixes have been offered
that actually correct this agonizing error. The Microsoft website has had no
advice for correcting this error. If anyone has advice, we'd be grateful.
Thank you.

I've had advice about this problem for a long time, and have answered the
question innumerable times. Did you do a Google search when you combed the
internet? A search of groups.google.com for preview.dlg brings up 7,130
hits. Anyway, please check out the advice at the URL below
