Default Matrox Video Driver?

I constanlty get this fatal exception 0028:C000727D in VXD
VMM (01) +000627D then I go to Microsoft site and the only
thing that looks close to this is about installing and
updating a matrox video driver at matrox.com. So I go to
the site and can't find anything to help me and see
nothing about drivers.

You said you read a KB article that mentioned installing a Matrox video driver, and
you went to their web site looking for one. The ONLY reason you would install a
Matrox video driver is if you had a Matrox video card installed in the
computer.....hence the question. You do not install a video driver for a display
adapter that you do not have.

Here is some info on fatal exception errors....the memory address of your error
could be video-related, but you may want to take it to a computer repair shop for a
closer look.

What Are Fatal Exception Errors

How to fix a fatal exception error.:

If you do indeed have a Matrox video card (adapter), you can get the
latest drivers he
http://www.matrox.com/mga/support/drivers/home.cfm
One way to see which video card you have is by going into Devic
Manager.
Rt clk the My Computer icon, then select Properties,Device Manager,
Display Adapters.
There are free programs that will show which card you have.
If you look up your pc make and model on the web, you should be able
to find out.
