Reboot to Windows 98 setup
I am running Windows 98 and all of a sudden, when I rebooted 3 machines it
starts in Windows 98 Setup. It asks for Product Key ...when entered it hangs.

Did these 3 machines ever boot Win98? 2. For each, DELete c:\windows\temp\*.* and reboot.
