Hello,
I have somehow lost the MSPaint program.I use windows ME
I checked the registry and cannot find the Program. It was
under accessories.
I do not have a disk to recover the files or know how to
get the files back.
Can someone help me out here?

No idea why you checked the Registry for MSPaint rather than checking
your hard drive for MSPaint.exe but you have at least two choices if
you cannot find it:

1. Buy a Win ME CD.
2. Forget MSPaint and get this:
IrfanView - Freeware Graphic Viewer:

Alternatively:-

Go to Control Panel | Add/Remove programs \ System Setup tab, Accessories
and remove/re-install Paint. If all of the installation files (in
Windows\Options\.. ) are still on your hard drive, then you shouldn't need
the CD.

I would restore to an earlier date and see if it comes up.
