Can't open data file
(Windows 98) I reformatted my C disk. I backed up data on
a floppy disk, but when restoring found the data to be no good. Also saved the data file to CD. When I tried to open that data file, got this message: Unable to open herd database. The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot open the file "I:\MyHerds\NewHerddata.hrd". It is alreday opened exclusively by another user or you need permission to view its data. It is my data and no one is using it. Is there a way to get around this? The data is lost?? Crocodile tears. |
