Default DISPLAY.SYS.

When I start my computer it comes up with the message
cannot set the code page(s)in DISPLAY.SYS.

But if i wait a minute after the message windows me loads
up normally but if I dont wait a minute and reboot, the
computer gives me the option to load up in start mode etc.
I have loaded up in start mode and I still cannot figure
out what the problem is.

Can anyone help please.

This problem may be due to a misconfigured environment setting - try this

Start|Run
type
MSCONFIG
click OK
click on the International tab - and look there for entries.
try using the dropdown to set your location properly, and click OK

Reboot on request, and see if that helps.
