Startup
I followed the steps that were supposed to put a program in Startup. It
put it into Start - Programs (useless), but nothing appears in Msconfig - Startup. So how is it done if not according to the helps? Jim L -- Terrorist citizens and innocent citizens say exactly the same thing: "I'm innocent!"

Right-click the Start menu and choose Explore. Highlight the item that you
want in Startup and drag it from it's current location to the Start Menu, Programs, Startup folder. PattyL wrote in message ... I followed the steps that were supposed to put a program in Startup.
