Try eBay or a large computer store for a CD.

No, you must buy the upgrade on CD. It is still available through some resellers
online...do a Google search. Be sure to get the Product Key along with the CD, and
look for a retail upgrade version.

You can download a upgrade from here http://ezencode.com/ . It will cost $25 and for a program that big it could take 12+ hours to download it or you could pay the extra $2.50 and get a CD. Read their FAQ's that will tell you what there company does.

That's interesting that you can download any windows version for $25
...I wonder if the whole thing is legal ?

No, there is no download *anywhere* to upgrade *any* Microsoft
operating system.

You have to buy a CD. You'll need a full, retail Win98SE CD or a
Win98SE upgrade CD. Avoid OEM CDs since they won't upgrade an existing
system.

Microsoft neither makes nor sells these any more, so they are getting
more difficult to find. Try a large computer retailer or eBay.

Sounds quite illegal to me, Rick, especially considering this line on the 'How to
pay' web page:
"If sending payment yourself then DO NOT mention software in memo or subject of the
payment or your payment will be refunded and the order cancelled."
