Win98 video drivers for NVIDIA GEFORCE GO 7400

I've a portable (HP Pavilion dv5000) where I need a dual boot with
win98se. I have 2 problems:

- Which video driver should I use to have a resolution of 800 x 600? My
video card is NVIDIA GEFORCE GO 7400.

- When I shut down the computer, it is stuch with a screen "windows is
shutting down". I have to unplug the power to shut down.

Can you help?

So this video card does not support Win98.

It works there though -- but with the very limited abilities.

HP Pavilion dv5000 in general does not support Win98/98SE either, and there
are no its drives for this OS:

Get the latest video drivers for NVidia. They should work with all
NVidia chipsets.

Win 98 has always had shut down issues. Make sure that Scandisk is
disabled after bad shutdown tho. If it does run after reboot make sure
is set to not automatically fix errors. It does not work or play well
with XP.
