Default How do I add something to the "Send to" list?

I plugged in a thumb drive and it appears in Explorer properly, but doesn't
show up in my "Send to" list. How do I add it there so I can easily move
files to it?

Right click the drive in Explorer and select create shortcut. Cut and paste
the shortcut to the Windows/SendTo folder.

As suggested by the other replies, make a shortcut to the drive in the
Windows\SendTo folder. You may be able to do this by right-click/dragging the drive
to the folder, and choosing "Create Shortcut Here" on the menu that appears when you
drop it on the folder. Otherwise, use Ron's method to create the shortcut and move
it.

An easy way to open a folder window for the SendTo folder is to
click Start Run, type: sendto |click OK|

yes, gem. In turn, I recommend dropping a link to sendto/ in sendto/ to
easily add future dests to the sendto facility. As dests accumulate create a
folder in sendto/, say, foo/, right-click foo/ and hey, foo.lnk is now in
sendto/. Just select, right-click and send desired dests to foo/. Finally,
use sendto to send foo.lnk to itself and it ends up in foo/ for future dest
additions to sendto/ subfolder foo/.

In my excitement, I put Start Menu/ in Sendto/ and SendTo/ in Links/. So
far windows likes it and so do I. We'll see...
