In Windows 98SE- Start,Run %temp%

Is it ok to do
an Edit,Select All and delete everything?

Yes, everything in the Temp folder can be deleted, but you should restart prior to
doing so, in case something is in use in the current session. Windows will not
allow you to delete anything that is in use anyway.

doing so, in case something is in use in the current session. Windows will not
allow you to delete anything that is in use anyway.
