Default Unable to view websites on AOL

The following appears in the AOL "Go" window -

res://C:\WINDOWS\SYSTME\SHADOCLC.DLL/navcancl.htm

along with the website location that I am trying to reach.

What does this mean? How can it be remedied or fixed?

thanks.
