Default Need Contact Management Software

Hello all,

I'm looking for Contact Management Software that has the below
attributes.

o. Send email from within the contact management system.

o. Email recorded in the contact record.

o. The software has its own email client and does it force you to use
Outlook as the email client.

o. If it has its own email client, can you make new email boxes
on-the-fly, such as...
Customers
East Coast
Client 1
Client 2
Client 3
West Coast
Client 4
Client 5
Client 6

o. ...and can you drag-and-drop incoming email to the appropriate mail
box?

Note: Some companies say that you can record incoming email in a
single contact record---I don't want to do that. I want to save all
emails for a company in one mail box so I can see at a glance the
email traffic for that company.

o. If it does have its own email client, what email program(s) does
it integrate with, and how does it record in the record when an email
is sent to someone?

TIA,
Tim

You want to check out

Act!
Goldmine
SalesLogix

Start there. You may want to focus in on Goldmine for what you want to do.
