Default IE 5

With the recent update of IE6 is it possible to uninstall all previous
versions of IE without jeopordizing the newer version?

The update replaces previous versions - there's nothing to uninstall

Duh??
This leads on to the question...
Have you ever reinstalled ME over itself?
If 'Yes' - then was IE6 installed at the time?
If 'Yes' or 'maybe' then you probably have 'Version Soup'

try downloading and installing Belarc Advisor - run it and see what it
reports for the Microsoft Hotfixes.

post back with answers and data - we'll see what we can do.
