Content Advisor - Internet Options. Reset without Supervisor Passw

Hi, can anyone give me some help with resetting content advisor in internet
options. Asking for supervisor password when clicking on settings.

Unfortunately the supervisor password is not known.

Or if there is any way of finding our what the password is.

Or would the only option be to reinstall Windows ME?
