error message

After updating my Windows 98. I get the blue screen with
the message, Fatal exception OE 0028:C02987A8 in VXD
VWIN32(05)+00012DO

I have been trying to research this on Microsoft web
site. If you are having, or had the similar error message
post what you did to fix it. Thanks a bunch!
