scandisk & defrag, too
Scandisk tells me I have an error and, once it begins to
repair it, I get another error that says "An error occured while scan disk was attempting to correct the previous error. Complete a thorough check of this drive, then run scan disk again and choose to conduct a standard test". When I do this I get another error that says "Scandisk must now restart because another program (or Windows itself) wrote to your disk. Any errors that were previously reported, but not corrected may be reported again." I've tried to rerun scandisk and get the same exact error. When I try to go on to defrag I'm told that I can't because my disk has errors. Any suggestions? |
