Facing problem with booting. Verifying DMI Pool Data.
NTLDR is missing. Pressing any key doesn't restart.

Help Please.

Check that there isn't a floppy disk left in the floppy disk drive.

What changed immediately before this problem first appeared? Get a utility
to create a new boot disk at www.bootdisk.com, create the boot floppy and
boot to it. Investigate the hard disk drive using commands like
DIR C:
or
SCANDISK C:
