Default Can't enter Passwords or Usernames. Why?

Can anyone offer a solution as to why I cannot enter my
user names or password on any website. When I go to any
website and I am directed to the portion of the site
where you would enter such information, the entry fields
remain blank, and the curser disappears not allowing me
to enter anything. Please feel free to email me directly
at and release me from this world of
aggravating hell! Many thanks for any support or advise
you can offer :-) P.S. I can surf the net with no
problems, so I do have connectivity

At those websites, try this:
-Click with your mouse in the field that you want to type into....no cursor will
appear, probably.
-Press the Tab key on the keyboard, and see if a cursor appears in the next field
(box).
-If so, hold the Shift key and press the Tab key to move the cursor to the previous
box, and try typing into it.
-If it works, press the Tab key to move to the next box, and so on through the entry
boxes.

Can't say what is happening, from here.

Try reinstalling Windows Script 5.6:=20
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...A8A18F6-249C-=
4A72-BFCF-FC6AF26DC390&displaylang=3Den
or
http://snipurl.com/49jo

If no joy, try a repair of IE -

Click StartRun, type the following and click Enter, for IE5x:
RUNDLL32 SETUPWBV.DLL,IE5Maintenance

or this, if you have IE6x installed:
RUNDLL32 SETUPWBV.DLL,IE6Maintenance

If you do not know which you have, run the former first...if it says it =
can't find
it, run the latter one, for IE6 instead.

Choose the Repair option, and continue.

If the repair says it cannot complete, or it does not fix the problem, =
reinstall
Internet Explorer:
