Default can't get to 'ok' buttons...

i've tried to change my screen resolution, but after
moving the slider, i have to hit the 'ok' or 'apply'
button, but they are inaccessible as the dialog box is too
big. i move it up as far as i can using the top border,
then make the bottom toolbar [or taskbar--whichever that
one is called] disappear, but the buttons are still too
far down for the cursor to reach. what can i do??

thank you for your help!!

Make the change and hit the Enter key.
You do not need to use the OK or Apply buttons.
