Default Outlook express

In addition to other problems, since I upgraded to 98SE, I
can't open Outlook Express. I get an error message that
says that "...the application unable to open the Outlook
Express Message Store." I have plenty of memory and disk
space which the message also mentions.

I reinstalled IE6 and that did nothing.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Alan
