spybot question
can't get help from the people at spybot so i was wondering if this
newsgroup could help me sorry if i shouldn't be posting this here but i didn't know where to look or who to ask and since my operating system is windows me i thought what the heck spybot works fine until the end i check all boxes i click fix selected problems message reads spybotsd has caused an error in kernall.dll program closes did a complete uninstall and reinstall same problem did a system restore same problem can someone please help me thank you nellie |

Make sure you nuke the Spybot folder in Program Files. THEN reinstall Spybot. Alias |

everyday while i'm sleeping i run my superantispyware program automatically no problems found i don't know what i did to get this error message in spybot after using it constantly for many years what will running ccleaner do is ccleaner better than spybot had it wrong dave it isn't kernall.dll it is kernall32.dll forgot the 32 thanks nellie "David H. Nellie can you check the spelling, if you haven't made a typo there is
something wrong I believe. it is definitely spelled kernall32.dll with an a and two l[s] just finished running avast below is a copy and paste of the results avast! Virus Cleaner Tool - version 1.0.211 Ansi Creating log file: C:\PROGRAM FILES\AVAST\aswclnr.log 2/3/2008, 1:26:10 PM Memory scanning started... No virus body found in memory. i reinstalled spybot using v. 1.4.0.3 then doing an update
after a couple of trial runs program works fine so far v. 1.5.2 and my computer did not get along or that version has a problem think i should still send info to the link below thank you nellie "David H.
