Default best registry cleaner

We've been having recurring problems with the "fatal exception oe" blue
screen messages. There are several companies that claim their registry
scan program can get rid of these problems. Was wondering how effective
these programs are and which are the best.

I kind of doubt that they will cure fatal exceptions. Take a look at this
article about what causes fatal exceptions and you will see why I say that:

I think you're right. I'm not even sure if a registry restore would work,
but it might IF she had one that predated this - probably unlikely. So I
guess she's gonna have to get down into the belly of the beast, as indicated
by the article.
