USB Wireless Adapter Not Connecting
I have been using a DLink WUA-1340 USB wireless adapter on an old WIndows ME
computer. Everything was working fine. I had to remove the computer from the office to paint. When I reinstalled the USB adapter it will not connect to my network. It finds the network and sometimes my router can see it, but for some reason it will not connect. AFter 2 hours with DLINK Support, they could not help either. They think it has to do with some security issue with the computer/software. Seems odd sinced it worked fine for over a year the same way it is set up now. I don't use the computer for anything else but for my kid's internet access. Does anyone know of any software issues that would not allow the connection? |
