Lost MS Works Suite 2001

Premio installed Item # 680867 Microsoft Works Suite 2001
DSP when I purchased my computer from a local office on
10/02/01. I was having a few problems due to viruses, so
the technician at the office restored my computer to
original configurations. However, I no longer have
Microsoft Works Suite 2001 DSP. Plus, I was not given the
original software disk, so I cannot reinstall the program.
The tech and owner thus far have refused to return my
calls. Please advise. Thank you.
