Retrieve data from *.nrg image file

This is kamesh. I have a problem retrieving a *.dat file from a *.nrg file.
I hope the question was understood. I had an original VCD of a movie. I
wanted to make backup copies incase it was lost. So I made an image using
Nero6. While doing that, I used the Save Tracks option from Nero Express. So
the CD showed it had Two tracks. And unknowingly I took images of those two
tracks. One was of 2.5 MB size and the other was of 776MB size. I guess the
second is the *.dat from the VCD. Problem is I lost my original copy. Now I
want to write this image I had taken long back in to a Blank CD-R. so that i
could see it on my CD player. While I tried writing this image file into a
CD-RW, I couldnt select both the Two tracks of the movie that i took
previously. So I took the first track01.nrg and burnt it using the BURN
IMAGE TO DISK option in NERO EXPRESS. Now the CD had all the folders that a
VCD should have, but the actual Avseq01.dat file. The CD content showed the
file existed and its size as 770MB. But it really could not be played. I
want to extract this Avseq01.dat from my second track image that I have as
Track02.nrg.
I tried Isobuster to retrieve the *.dat file, but invain.
If anybody knew how to retrieve that *.dat file from the *.nrg( Nero image
file format), Please solve my problem.

I've used it a few times, although not for your specific purpose, and it
has done what it said it would do(free trial version). You will probably
need to convert the Nero file to an ISO file, then edit it.
