unable to connect to internet
when I hit my internet explorer I get a message starting "PAGE CANNOT BE
DISPLAYED"..My ISP is with COMCAST CABLE...contacted them, and was told I would have to contact Microsoft and get help..is there a booklet or online help pages. I have WINDOWS 98.
