Lost Font
I had a significant crash a few months ago and in the process of re-installing Windows ME I can't locate the palintino (sp?) font (many of my programs now have a nearly unreadable, tiny, cursive font); I can't find the font anywhere on my disk (it's a Dell OEM disk). Any thoughts? Thanks, Kelly Lowe |

The Win Me operating system does not include the Palatino font so if you are
using this font it will have been installed as part of some other software installation. To use the Palatino font you will need to reinstall whichever application that you previously had installed that included that font. -- Mike Maltby MS-MVP Kelly Lowe wrote: I had a significant crash a few months ago and in the process of re-installing Windows ME I can't locate the palintino (sp?) font (many of my programs now have a nearly unreadable, tiny, cursive font); I can't find the font anywhere on my disk (it's a Dell OEM disk). |

FWIW, if it came with a Microsoft product, the Fonts and Product site
( http://www.microsoft.com/typography/fonts/default.asp ) shows it as being included in: Office Pro 2003 Windows 2000 Windows XP ....Alan -- Alan Edwards, MS MVP W95/98 Systems http://dts-l.org/index.html In microsoft.public.windowsme.general, "Kelly Lowe" wrote: Ah ha.
