What program did they formerly play in, in Win95?
What file formats and extensions are involved? Are they home-made music CDs? -- Glen Ventura, MS MVP W95/98 Systems http://dts-l.org/goodpost.htm "Mr.G (@¿@)" wrote in message ... Hi, Obvious you never had a muti-media CD, the dircrory display for the CD
would be like a folder and the videos and data would be accessable at the same time. Then a video interface like a DVD would play to access both upon insertion of the CD in the Drive. thanks anyway "glee" wrote in message ... What program did they formerly play in, in Win95? Well, you have increased the idiot population by one, along with the population of
posters who cannot spell. :-P I am aware of what a hybrid or mixed CD is, but have never heard anyone call it a "multi-media music CD". A music CD is a music CD. A Hybrid CD contains data, music, and other formats. Had you accurately stated what type of CD you were referring to, we would have a better idea what you are talking about. If you would answer the questions I originally asked, we might be able to help you. You wrote: "Then a video interface like a DVD would play to access both upon insertion" I am asking you what interface (program) opened upon insertion of the CD, when you were using Win95. What does happen when you insert the CD in question? Does it open a folder view, or does it do nothing at all? Do you have Autoinsert Notification enabled for the CD drive, under its settings in Device Manager? Do you have autorun enabled for data and/or music CDs? Is there an autorun.inf file in the root of the CD? -- Glen Ventura, MS MVP W95/98 Systems http://dts-l.org/goodpost.htm "Mr.G (@¿@)" wrote in message ... are there any intelegent people here or just idiots "glee" wrote in message ...
