class not registerd
Class not registered,
either 1 the .avi file is not complete and the index is missing from the end of the file, this is likely when you d/l from limewire since you have no way of knowing if the source was complete the download may have stopped at 100% of what the other user had, not 100% of the completed movie, try another p2p app, without the garbage that comes with limewire.http://www.frontcode.com to recreate the index use DivFix, or AVIPreview or 2 the codec to play the file is not present on your system, the codecs installed by default from MS are very basic, install gspot (codec appliance) to examine the avi file and determine what codecs you need to install, many avi are in DivX XVid and mp4 codecs not supported by windows\media codec -- Adaware http://www.lavasoft.de spybot http://security.kolla.de AVG free antivirus http://www.grisoft.com Etrust/Vet/CA.online Antivirus scan http://www3.ca.com/securityadvisor/virusinfo/scan.aspx Panda online AntiVirus scan http://www.pandasoftware.com/ActiveScan/ Catalog of removal tools http://www.pandasoftware.com/download/utilities/ Blocking Unwanted Parasites with a Hosts file http://mvps.org/winhelp2002/hosts.htm links provided as a courtesy, read all instructions on the pages before use Grateful thanks to the authors/webmasters "alexis" wrote in message ... | after downloading movies from lime wire mpeg avi and other | i keep getting class not registerd, what should i do | please help! lex |
