Default default calender program in internet settings

I've become a bit of an ebay addict, and have seen that ebay lets you add
things to your PC calendar program, including, in theory, Palm Desktop. This
requires it to be set as your default calendar program in control
panel/internet settings/programs. However, when I click on the required
tab - Palm Desktop isn't listed. Any ideas?

Thanks!
Ben
